Peer Educators, aged 14 - 25, are trained to deliver sessions on topics that matter to girls today.
Peer Educators draw on their own experiences to allow girls to fully engage and relate with them, empowering younger girls to combat issues they may face in life, equipping them with life-long skills.
Peer Educators run fun, safe and challenging sessions using resources developed with Expert Partners, such as Young Minds or Gendered Intelligence.
Peer Education Sessions are available for Brownies, Guides and Ranger Units.
If you’re a Member of Girlguiding (i.e. a Ranger, Young Leader or Leader) and want to deliver Peer Education sessions to Units across Berkshire, we’d love for you to join us! You will need to attend a Skills Based Basic Training Course (1 Day) and Topic Training Course (1 Day).
